What should I wear for my photo session?
Choose clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Solid colors often work best. Avoid loud patterns or logos unless they're part of the desired look. We recommend bringing a few outfit options.
Can I bring props or personal items?
Absolutely! Personal items can add character to your photos. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring large props so we can prepare accordingly.
How long will the session last?
Session lengths vary depending on the package you've chosen. Typically, individual portraits take about an hour, while family or group sessions may last up to two hours.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you're welcome to bring a friend or family member for support. For group photos, please confirm the number of people attending when booking.
Do you provide hair and makeup services?
We can arrange professional hair and makeup services for an additional fee. Please request this when booking your session.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that things come up. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
When will I receive my photos?
You'll typically receive a preview of your images within a week of your session. The final edited photos will be ready within 1-2 weeks, depending on the package you've chosen.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, we require all clients to sign a waiver before their session. This protects both you and our studio. You can review the waiver in advance or sign it when you arrive.
Can I request specific poses or styles?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your ideas and preferences. Feel free to bring reference photos or discuss your vision with the photographer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and major digital payment methods. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of your session
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit to book your session. This deposit secures your time slot and covers our preparation costs. If you need to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, we may be able to reschedule your session depending on our availability.
